Whilst so far, we do not have a ISO 9000 status, it is something that we are looking into. We are however, currently creating an internal Quality Management System and a full In-house audit procedure. This will include documented Quality Systems and a full Non-Conformance System |

We recognise that service maximisation and performance is paramount to our clients and every effort is made on our part to ensure that all work is taken on and performed to the highest standard. We prepare our traffic sheets well in advance and they are available to all planners at “a click of a mouse”. This ensures that if a client requests a booking two weeks in advance, we aren’t commiting to it “blind”. We only take on work we know we can cover at the time. |

We intend our Quality System to cover all aspects of our business from accepting bookings through to the storage of P.O.D.’s. |
